Built in the heart of downtown Tulsa, the project was an adaptive re-use of a 100 year old warehouse into a new restaurant. With an occupant load of more than 200, amenities include:  full-service bar, commercial kitchen, private dining area, restrooms, and an upstairs office with a covered balcony with views to the north. Construction is complete.
